Jenni Hutchinson is Head of Employer Partnerships at STEP. STEP’s Employer Partnership Programme (EPP) accredits the learning and development provision of trusts and estates businesses.

Accreditation as a STEP Employer Partner is a mark of quality for trusts and estates businesses globally, signalling your commitment to developing the skills and talents of your people.  The EPP team is currently working with more than 90 Partners across 39 jurisdictions worldwide.

Jenni has been managing the programme since its inception in 2014.  Prior to this, she created and managed employer relationship programmes with a number of professional bodies, including CIMA, CIPFA and CIM. Jenni is passionate about working with Partners to help them to provide the best possible support and development opportunities for their STEP community.
